It Takes Courage: Saying Yes To Your Inner Voice

Listening To Your Inner Voice

Sometimes that little voice inside your head just keeps talking! Yes, I know that sounds a little bizarre but you know what I’m talking about…that gut feeling that tells you to do something, and that thought that keeps coming back time after time…yes, that little voice that just keeps talking to you!

Courage: Saying Yes To Your Inner Voice

A little over a year ago I was at a conference and was asked what “Courage” meant to me. I wrote down “Saying YES to the little voice that keeps coming back!”

You see Wendy Andersen and Redefining Normal have been speaking to me for many years only for me to keep dismissing sharing this message.

I really wanted to share our story of Redefining Normal in our lives, loving our family with a special needs child and loving our family of 5, the circus as we sometimes call it.

Wendy Andersen with Husband Bob Andersen had the courage to say yes to their inner voice. Here they are at the Women Rising Event, holding her new International Best Selling Book, Women Rising Volume 3.

My Inner Voice Gave Me The Courage To Rise

At the end of May, I had the honor of sharing our story at the Women Rising Live event in Vancouver, B.C with my husband by my side. It was an amazing event and such a celebratory weekend as we each shared our stories from our International Best Selling book, Women’s Rising Volume 3.

Sometimes you just need to say YES! to that little voice that keeps coming back.

Amazing things will happen.

"The choice was crystal clear in that hospital room. My husband and I looked at each other, and we both knew that we were going to redefine normal. We were going to love our little boy totally, and we were going to navigate through our child’s special needs to the very best of our ability. We were going to find joy in caring for our child, no matter the circumstances!" > Keep Reading...
